For most of us purchasing a home or a multi family unit is the largest investment we will make. Therefore buyers and sellers must protect their investment or their pending investment and have the property inspected by a licensed Asheville NC Home Inspector. Depending on the Home Inspectors findings, you may also want to hire an engineer and/or Asheville Builder to look at the defect and make further recommendations.
